Admins won't ever know what users discuss with their therapist or be able to read any personal messages or notes. On the Starter plan: Spill admins at the company can see who has used therapy, as this plan involves the admin sending therapy booking links to certain employees and sessions are then billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. Both Spill and the company paying for Spill will never be able to access the content of any video therapy sessions.
